How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Click "Copy Signature" to copy the formatted signature. Then in Gmail, go to Settings > See all settings > Signature section. Create or edit a signature and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V). Save your changes and the signature will appear on all new emails.

What is the difference between "Copy Signature" and "Copy HTML"?

"Copy Signature" copies the formatted rich text, ready to paste directly into Gmail or Outlook. "Copy HTML" copies the raw HTML source code, which is useful for Apple Mail setup or when you need to embed the signature in a CMS or HTML editor.

Can I use a photo in my email signature?

Yes. Upload a photo using the Photo section and it will appear in your signature as a circular profile image. Note that the photo is embedded as a base64 data URL, so it will be included directly in the signature without needing external hosting.

Which email clients are supported?

The generated signatures use table-based HTML that is compatible with all major email clients including Gmail, Outlook (desktop and web), Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Thunderbird. Installation instructions are provided for the most popular clients.

Will my design be saved if I close the browser?

Yes. Your signature details, selected template, and design choices are automatically saved to your browser's local storage. When you return, everything will be restored. Click "Reset to Defaults" to start fresh with the default template.
